Web Shop
Mauno Vuolrela Oy (business ID 0123796-6) sells products to private persons of age in Finland and the EU –area. The products are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices, shipping costs and delivery terms.
Ordering
The products are ordered through the website by adding them to the cart and paying for the items in the cart at the checkout. All customer information is handled confidential. The contact information asked when ordering is not used for anything else than delivery of the order or clarifying possible ambiguities unless the customer has joined the posting list. When ordering through the web shop you are expected to have become familiar and agree to the delivery terms as in force from time to time.
Payment
Pay transfer in the web shop is operated by Checout Finland Oy. Checkout is a safe payment method for you. The service is registered in the payment service register by the Financial Supervisory Authority as stated in the Payment Service Act. The service is operated by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) and owned by OP Financial Group.
Payment through Internet Bank
The Checkout payment transfer service transfers your payment to the seller. You may use all Finnish banks including Nordea, Osuuspankki, Säästöpankki, POP pankki, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, S-pankki, Ålandsbanken and LähiTapiola. The bank statement shows Checkout Finland Oy as the receiver of your payment.
Payment by Credit Card.
You may pay by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard –credit cards. Payment by credit card is carried out safely via the SSL –encrypted payment form by Nets. The Web Shop and Checkout Finland Oy do not have access to credit card information and the credit card information is not saved in our system. The international Verified by Visa and MasterCardSecureCode verification services are used in the web shop.
The web shop uses the Checkout payment transfer service for credit card payments. The web shop operates as the advertiser and delivery agent of the products and services to the customer. The web shop takes care of authoritative and self determined other obligations. In the credit card payments transaction takes place between the customer and Checkout Finland Oy. Checkout Finland Oy is responsible for all obligations and claims related to credit card payments. Checkout appears as the receiver of payment on the credit card bill and transfers the customer’s credit card payment directly to the seller.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After the successful order an order confirmation shall be sent to you by e-mail. In order to be able to send the confirmation e-mail the customer is requested to provide an e-mail address in connection with the order.
Delivery and Delivery Costs
The delivery cost of your order are included in the product price. The delivery costs to other EU –countries are determined when placing the order.
Delivery Time
The usually delivery times to Finland and other EU –countries are within 1 – 5 days depending on order and the way of delivery. We are not liable for any delays due to force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. Information concerning abnormal delivery times are noted on the web side of the web store.
Right to Return and Changes
According to the Consumer Protection Act you have the right to change or return the whole delivery or part of it within 14 days from the receiving the order. The right to return applies only on unused and sellable products in the original packaging. The costs arising from returning products are carried by the customer. In case you have received a faulty or damaged product we shall compensate you with 5 € for your shipping costs together with the return of payment.
When the return has been approved the monies shall be returned directly to your bank account after receiving and handling the return.
When returning please attach the following information:
- Your name, address and telephone number
- Your bank account information in IBAN –form.
- Order number

Cancellation of Order
The customer may cancel the order in case the delivery has not taken place in reasonable time. Cancellations are required to be noted to info@ebelt.fi or by calling to +358400513063 (Monday – Friday 9 – 15.00). EBELT / Mauno Vuorela Oy also reserves the right to cancel the order and return the monies to the customer’s bank account.
Problems
In case the product has been lost or damaged during the delivery or it in some other way does not match your order you are required to notify the parties stated in the terms concerning Right to Return and Changes about the issue within 14 days. In case the package has been damaged in postal delivery you are required to immediately make a claim to the post concerning the product.
